Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. These changes do not alter the agreed price of an order we have already accepted.

5. Orders and Cancellations

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not, by itself, constitute acceptance. We accept your order when we send a shipment confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, or a material pricing or description error. If this happens, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at vilinofashion3@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing or shipping has begun. This does not affect any cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution under applicable law.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If you discover an error, contact us immediately.

Any customs duties or import charges not collected at checkout will be handled as disclosed in our Shipping Policy and as required by applicable law.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

Our voluntary return policy allows return requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide instructions and the appropriate return address.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and, where reasonably possible, clear photographs of the issue.

Nothing in our return policy or these Terms limits any statutory rights, including applicable rights concerning defective goods, refunds, or cancellation.
